Kay Hempsall
Bio: I have extensive experience working in the field of organisational and leadership development across a range of contexts including corporate, tertiary and secondary education organisations. For the last 20 years I have worked in the tertiary education sector with 13 years in management and 7 years as an academic. My interests are mostly around learning. As a result I read a lot of non fiction, but I do also read fiction across a range of genres. I really like any book, or movie, that stimulates my thinking, generating new connections and thoughts about human evolution and endeavour. I spent the first 22 years of my life in England and since then have lived in Australia.
